SHIPPING, REFUND Exchange & Cancellation POLICY

Shipping ​

US DOMESTIC
All orders are printed-on-demand and normally (non-holiday seasons) processed anywhere from 5-7 business days and shipped to your location anywhere from 2-10 days days depending the product, its manufacturing location and your address.

Our Standard shipping charge varies depending on the total weight of items and destination address.
​
Standard / USPS - Arrives 1-5 business days from the date the order has been shipped.
​
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, The ICONIC MEDIA GROUP, LLC, watchICONICplus.com cannot be held responsible for slow mail delivery due to severe weather, pandemics, or other mail service interruptions.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable). If you haven't registered an account and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
ICONIC+ does not accept returns of sealed goods.

INTERNATIONAL ​
​Currently, we do not support International Shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges as a matter of policy, however, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. If the items were:

misprinted

damaged (excluding damages during delivery)

does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.).
...you can submit a request to info@watchiconicplus for internal review for resolution. ​We have the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a printed product.

Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
​
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received and are only for informational purposes. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact: info@watchiconicplus.com, for an internal review.​​​

Subscription Cancellations
Customers can cancel their ICONIC Plus ALL ACCESS Subscription and VIP Subscription at any time and in real time without fees in their profiles. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for buyers remorse.
